I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in a one month internship at VCCP! Within this internship, I gained valuable lessons regarding different creative processes, how to work with other brands, dipping my toes into the industry itself as well as networking with amazing professionals!
This brief was approached by O2. Myself and a partner were tasked to bring more awareness to O2 Priority Gigs while also appealing to Technophiles. Our overall end idea focused on bringing back the Fortnite O2 arena - players would compete in a clue ridden server where O2 Gigs tickets would be hidden. The players who find these tickets won themselves 2 tickets to watch an intimate gig!
To assist this idea we also came up with the creative idea of collaborating with Uber. During research, we found many individuals worry about their phone's battery life while attending a gig - this makes the experience less enjoyable and can cause complications when leaving the gig. We decided to take O2 'Priority' to the next level and arrange for a personalised Uber to pick the individuals up from their home and take them to the gig! This would also apply on the journey home. The Uber itself would have a unique design displaying the artist that these individuals are going to see. This would essentially be a 'driving' advertisement!
